When you go to cook your potatoes..make sure you use bacon grease and not schmaltz.

My favorite is an omelet with feta cheese, sausage and fresh tomato, hash browns with white gravy, sour dough toast, hot salsa and a cup of coffee ... or any other breakfast! I LOVE BREAKFAST!!!
