Easter Chicks

Brines for 24 hours...then low and slow baby!
Moist, succulent, delicious
GrillDave taking those chicks off the spit pole thingee

I'm a 1/2 egg short of a dozen plus 3...but you already knew that.

A nice pasta salad using "Sun-dried tomato dressing" from Granite Bay Farms!

looks good..we had turkey too but I don't think it was half as good as Dave's. Why is everyone doing turkey? What happened to ham and lamb?

When I am eating my boring chicken or tunafish for lunch, I think about these chickens and how great Dave is for being to make them so well. And I haven't even tasted them, they just look amazing!
